Delete your account

How to delete it

In the app: open the Menu, then Security, then Delete my account.

Without the app: email [email protected] from the email address of your account.

Your account is deleted 30 days later, once anything still open, such as an order on its way, is finished.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and addresses are removed from your account. Your wallet and its history are deleted. If you are the Master Guardian and the family has no Co-Guardian, the family and its children’s profiles are deleted too.

What we keep

Records of orders, payments and missions, and our security and email logs.
